This policy explains what personal information we collect when you contact us, including through our website forms, our advertisements on Facebook and Instagram, and WhatsApp, and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on how you reach us, this may include:
- Your name and, where relevant, your company or factory name
- Your phone number and/or WhatsApp number
- Your email address
- The compressor brand, model, or issue you tell us about, so we can respond usefully
- Details from forms you submit, for example a request to download our inspection checklist or to book an inspection
When you interact with our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with the contact details you submit in the ad lead form. Meta handling of that data is governed by the Meta privacy policy.
Our website also uses standard analytics (Google Analytics) to understand general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Respond to your enquiry and answer your questions
- Send you the resource you requested, for example the 12-point inspection checklist
- Prepare quotations, schedule inspections or service visits, and follow up on them
- Keep a record of our communication so we can serve you properly
- Improve our website and the relevance of our service
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share your information only where necessary to provide our service, for example with our own engineering and sales team, and with the service providers that run our tools (such as Google for email and analytics, and Meta and WhatsApp for messaging). We may disclose information where required by Egyptian law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to maintain proper business and service records, and no longer than necessary for those purposes, normally up to 24 months after our most recent contact unless a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@compressor-pro.com. If you no longer wish to hear from us, tell us and we will stop contacting you for marketing purposes.
If you message us on WhatsApp, your message and number are visible to our team so we can reply. WhatsApp messages are handled under the WhatsApp privacy terms in addition to this policy.
